Once an order has shipped, CB-X is not liable for any shipment that is lost in transit or delayed on behalf of the shipping carrier. Additionally, we are not responsible for any stolen packages once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered. CB-X does not offer any refunds or partial refunds for delayed shipments. Shipping times may be delayed due to postal service delivery issues outside our control. Orders placed on or around any Federal US holiday should expect delays.
Due to the nature of the intimate products we sell, once an order leaves the CB-X facility, including all chastity kits, cages, and accessories, they are considered non-returnable. All delivered orders are unable to be restocked or re-sold. We maintain a strict no-returns or exchanges policy to ensure the health and safety of every customer.
