Measuring Your perfect fit in 3 simple steps
To accurately measure your anatomy for a CB-X chastity cage, you will need:
- A fabric measuring tape, a ruler, and a few minutes of privacy.
For easy comparison with our sizing chart and calculator, record all measurements in inches.
Pro Tip: Take this measurement 2-3 times throughout the day, and on different days to account for natural variations in size. Use the most common measurements you find.
Important: Never measure immediately after showering or when semi-aroused, as this will result in an inaccurate measurement.
Step 1
Length
Ensure your penis is completely flaccid (not erect or semi-erect) before measuring.
- Using a ruler or fabric measuring tape, start against the pubic bone at the base of the shaft and measure out to the tip of the penis head.
- Record this length measurement.
Step 2
Girth
- Wrap the soft measuring tape around the midpoint of the penis shaft.
- The measuring tape should fit snugly but not too tightly, completely encircling the shaft.
- Record this circumference measurement.
Step 3
Base Girth
Creating a circle around your entire package.
- Starting at the base of your penis, wrap the soft measuring tape around and underneath the scrotum.
- Position the tape close to the skin and pull taut under the scrotum, where the base ring will sit.
- Record this circumference measurement.

Common Sizing Questions
If you fall between two cage lengths, consider:
- Your experience level (beginners may prefer the larger option)
- Your desired level of restriction
- Your comfort priorities for long-term wear
Weight changes primarily affect the fit of the U-ring rather than the cage itself. You may need to adjust your U-ring size while maintaining the same cage length.
If you experience significant size differences between flaccid and erect states:
- "Growers" may want to choose a slightly larger cage than their flaccid measurements
- "Showers" typically find that their flaccid measurements align well with our sizing chart
Your chastity device should fit snug and secure without causing discomfort or restricting blood flow.
Due to the added weight while wearing a chastity cage, you may experience ball stretching. We recommend removing the cage if the fit or weight causes (non-consensual!) extended discomfort or pain. If you experience skin chafing while wearing your device, this can be alleviated with a skin-safe lotion or moisturizer.
