You're halfway through Locktober and still in it. Keep it up! Weeks One and Two were about building the foundation, routines, mindset, and early physical conditioning. You learned how your body responds to being caged, how you focus, and where you’re weak. Weeks Three and Four ask something different of your lock-up. The games at the end of the challenge go deeper, run longer, and ask you to use what you've learned.
Your Desire Points from the first two weeks carry forward. Let's finish this Locktober strong and get you that prize.
When you tie your ribbon or cord around the cage today, assign a meaning to the color you chose and write it down privately. For the rest of Locktober, whenever you look at or touch the ribbon, silently recall that meaning. At the end of the month, on Day 31, write one sentence about whether the meaning held, shifted, or surprised you.
Keyholder version: they pick the color and keep its meaning secret. On Day 31, they reveal what it meant, and you share whether it matched your intuition. Matching your thoughts is the game. +3 desire points if you’re aligned with Keyholder.
During your day out in the world wearing the cage under fitted clothes, track the public's awareness. Every hour on the hour while you’re out, pause for 30 seconds and rate what you assume others' awareness of the cage is on a scale of 1–5: 1 means nobody noticed; 5 means you think everyone sees it. Log each hourly rating. At the end of the outing, calculate your average.
Paint a single nail. Now make a private wager with yourself: you keep the polish on through Day 31 no matter what. Each day you wake up for the next two weeks with the polish intact, you earn one desire point. If you notice a chip but choose not to fix it, you earn zero points. Each time you touch it up neatly, you earn no points and take no penalty, just maintenance. You lose a point if you remove the polish entirely before Day 31.
Keyholder version: Your Keyholder picks the color and checks the nail on each milestone day. If they notice any significant chips by Day 21 or Day 31, they can choose the consequence.
Whatever you wear for your sensation day along with the chastity cage, be it satin, lace, or bare over the cage, you're going to log it. Every two hours, write one sentence about how the sensation has changed. Does it fade into the background? Intensify? Shift from distraction to comfort? By the end of the day, you'll have four or five entries that form a small arc of sensory experience. Keep this log to read on Day 31.
+2 desire points if you make it 12 hours in your chosen sensory undergarment (or not)
Keyholder version: the Keyholder chooses what you wear, or don’t wear.
Today the cage is background noise, not the main event. Set three alarms — morning, afternoon, evening. At each one, stop and write one word that describes how you feel in that moment. Not about the cage specifically. Just how you feel overall. Read all three words at the end of the day.
+1 Desire Point for hitting all three check-ins on time.
+1 Desire Point if all three words are different.
-1 Desire Point for each alarm you snooze or miss without writing your word.
Create a character and write the moment they first discover chastity. Give them a name, a situation, and a reaction. Make it feel real. The one rule: somewhere in the scene, your character has to say out loud or internally one thing about being locked that you’ve never quite managed to put into words yourself. It doesn’t have to be dramatic. It just has to be true. When you find that line, underline it and read it back out loud.
+1 Desire Point for a completed scene (min. one paragraph).
+1 Desire Point for reading it out loud to your Keyholder or friend who knows about your Locktober challenge.
Twenty-one days locked. A lot of people who start Locktober don’t make it here. Yet, here you are.
Today’s task has nothing to do with the cage. Call or text one person you haven’t spoken to in a while, not about Locktober or anything chastity-related, just to check in. Ask how they’re doing, listen, and be present in a conversation that has nothing to do with you or your October. Afterward, write one sentence about how it felt to step fully outside your own head for a few minutes and focus on someone else.
+2 Desire Points for making the call or sending the message.
+1 Desire Point for writing your feelings about it when you’re done.
Set a timer for 10 minutes. Give yourself a slow, deliberate body massage or have your Keyholder do it. Immediately after, draw a rough body outline in your journal and mark a dot on every area that you noticed peak attention to the touch. Front and back.
Look at the body map you’ve drawn and dotted. Where do the dots cluster? Where are the blank spaces? Now think about where you would have marked dots on October 1st. 22 days locked in chastity redirects attention in ways you don't always notice until you see it laid out in front of you.
+1 Desire Point for completing the full 10 minutes.
+2 Desire Points for drawing the map and writing one sentence about what it shows you.
Go back to the erotica scene you started on Day 6 and finish the story. You've been locked for 23 days since you wrote the opening line. Finish it as the person you are today, not the person who started it.
When you're done, read it all together. Write down what changed between the person who started the scene and the person who finished it.
+1 Desire Point for finishing the scene.
+2 Desire Points for sharing.
Keyholder version: share the finished scene with them.
Today you spend some time in a cold shower. Not lukewarm, cold. Start your shower at your normal temperature, then turn it all the way down for the last 60 seconds. Stay in it. Breathe through it. Don't reach for the handle.
Before you get in, make a prediction: will the cage stay on or come off for the shower? Write it down. Log how long you lasted at the end.
+1 Desire Point for attempting it.
+2 Desire Points for hitting the full 60 seconds.
+1 Desire Point for going longer than 60 seconds without being asked to.
+1 Desire Point if your prediction was right.
Find a guided meditation, 10 to 15 minutes. Sit down, cage on, phone face down except for the audio. No prep, no setup, no special position. Just sit and listen.
Every time your mind drifts and you catch it, tap your finger against your leg once. Count the taps during your meditation. Write the number down when time is up. That’s your stillness score.
+1 Desire Point for completing the full session.
+1 Desire Point for a tap count of 5 or under.
+3 Desire Points for a tap count of zero.
-2 Desire Points for stopping the meditation before the timer ends.
You’ve been banking Desire Points for 26 days. It’s not time to spend them yet, but it is time to start daydreaming. Write down every reward you want when Locktober is over. Include the small things, the indulgent rewards, and the big one you’ve been thinking about since Day 1. Assign each a point value: small rewards at 2–3 points, indulgent ones at 3–4, and the big one at the top costs more than you’ve currently earned. Tally your current total. See what you’re close to and now go earn the rest.
+2 Desire Points for completing the list.
Keyholder version: they set the point values before you see the current tally.
Four days left. Today you do one thing you've been putting off since October started that’s not chastity-related and not a task from this list. Something from your everyday regular life. A phone call you've been avoiding, a room that needs cleaning, reply to an email sitting in your inbox, or complete an errand that keeps getting pushed off.
Write down the task before you do it, and afterward write how it felt to finally get it done.
+2 Desire Points for completing it.
-2 Desire Points if the task is still incomplete by midnight.
Discipline doesn't stay in the cage. Put it to the test.
Three days left on the lock. Today you write a letter to the version of you that locked up on the first day of Locktober. The one who had no idea what the next 28 days were actually going to feel like.
Tell them what surprised you. What was harder than expected. What got easier. What the cage taught you that you weren't expecting to learn. Be specific! Vague letters don’t earn desire points. The letter must be at least one full page and not bullet points. Write it by hand if you can.
Seal it in an envelope and date it to be opened on October 1st (of the next year). Keep it somewhere you'll find it when you decide to do the Locktober challenge again next year.
+1 Desire Point for starting it.
+2 Desire Points for a full page.
+3 Desire Points for sealing it without editing first.
+2 Desire Points for writing it by hand.
The person who locked up on October 1st had no idea. Now you do.
Today you tell one person you made it this far. A friend, a partner, someone on a forum, a stranger on a subreddit. It doesn't have to be a big conversation — a single sentence counts.
Or post something. A photo, a caption, one honest line. It doesn't have to mention chastity, the cage, or Locktober by name; it just has to be real, and it has to go somewhere other than your own head. A forum, a private account, a text to someone who knows, a tag to Instagram. Either way, say it out loud somewhere to someone.
+2 Desire Points for telling someone or posting anything.
+3 Desire Points for tagging @cbxchastity.
+4 Desire Points if they didn't already know you were doing Locktober.
-3 Desire Points if you reach midnight without telling anyone or posting anything. The day had one job
Remember the goals you sealed into an envelope on Day 1? They’ve been sitting there all month. Today you open them and compare what you wrote to your lived Locktober experience.
Read all three goals and for each one, write one honest sentence: did you hit it, miss it, or exceed it? No padding, no excuses. Just the truth about where each goal landed by the end of the month. Attach your notes to the original sheet, seal it back up, and keep it until next October.
+2 Desire Points for writing your honest experience about each goal.
+3 Desire Points if you exceeded at least one goal you didn’t expect to.
-3 Desire Points if no goals were met.
Before the lock comes off, go back through every task from Locktober Weeks 1, 2, 3, and 4. Find anything you skipped or didn’t complete properly. Today is your last chance to finish them and do it properly.
Every make-up task completed today earns half the original Desire Points it would have earned on the Day assigned. When you’re done, tally your final total including today’s additions. That’s your Locktober 2026 score! You can cash in on November 1st.
+5 Desire Points for making it through all 31 days of Locktober.
+5 Desire Points if you have zero tasks to make up.
-1 Desire Point for every day you have to make up
Keyholder version: they hold the key until you’ve completed every task they’ve selected from your skipped list. No completed tasks, no unlock. November 1st or not.
