CB-X Shipping Policy
HOLIDAY WAREHOUSE CLOSURE. Currently, our fulfillment warehouse is closed for the Holidays, and orders will not be processed until the week of 12/29/2025 - 1/2/2026 (with a one-day closure on 01/01/2026).
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and US Federal Holidays). Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive an email with the package tracking information. Orders primarily ship from Nevada, USA. However, your order may require shipping from another fulfillment warehouse.
Order processing time is separate from the estimated delivery date.
Once an order has shipped, CB-X is not liable for any loss or delay in transit caused by the shipping carrier. Additionally, we are not responsible for any stolen packages once a shipment is confirmed delivered. CB-X does not offer any refunds or partial refunds for delayed shipments. Shipping times may be delayed due to postal service delivery issues outside our control. Orders placed on or around any Federal US holiday should expect to be delayed.
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, all items are non-returnable once your shipment leaves our facility. Delivered items cannot be restocked or resold. We maintain a strict no-returns-or-exchanges policy to ensure the health and safety of every customer. Please read our Returns Policy for additional information regarding returns, refunds, and our warranty.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
Canada, UK, Europe, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, Turkey, Egypt, Asia, Central and South Americas, and some African countries.
Customs duties are NOT included in the shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for any fees owed on the package at import.

IMPORTANT: A phone number must be provided with all international orders. Every service provider requires the recipient's phone number to be provided on the international shipping documents. If you do not provide your phone number when the order is placed, your order may be delayed while we wait to collect your information.
If you have chosen United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping for your international order, once the package is received in the destination country, it will then be tracked by your local Postal Service. (Example: If you are in Canada, once the order clears Canadian customs, your tracking number will be tracked and updated with Canada Post)
