CB-X Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive an email with the package tracking information.

Due to the nature of the intimate products we sell, once any order leaves the CB-X facility, including all chastity kits, cages, and accessories, they are considered used. All shipped products are unable to be restocked or re-sold. We maintain a strict no-returns or exchanges policy to ensure the health and safety of every customer.

Once an order has shipped, CB-X is not liable for any shipment that is lost in transit on behalf of the shipping carrier. Additionally, we are not responsible for any stolen packages once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered.
