CB-X Locktober Guide 2026

Before you lock up this October, get the basic guidelines for safe, sane, consensual (and fun!) chastity play and keep them in mind throughout Chastity Locktober by using this 2026 CB-X guide. 

This digital workbook contains 31 daily assignments organized across four thematic weeks. Each task can stand alone, so you can complete them in order or adjust the sequence to fit your schedule. The tasks are written for self-guided use (without a Keyholder). If you have a Keyholder, partner, or Dom/me, adapt the task to include them where relevant.

Every task is marked Beginner or Intermediate. Beginners should feel comfortable with all Week One tasks. Intermediate tasks appear more frequently in Weeks Three and Four. If something doesn't fit your body, lifestyle, or limits, modify it or skip it. The goal is growth, not mindlessly following a checklist (unless a Dom/Keyholder instructs you to participate in every task).
