What is Locktober?

Tuesday 10/1: Identify your Locktober 2024 goals. How many hours or days do you plan to stay locked? Are you comfortable adding more time to that throughout Locktober? Write your goals down in a chastity journal or in a Notes app. 

Wednesday 10/9: Cold showers only now through Sunday night.
