Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and US Federal Holidays). Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive an email with the package tracking information.

Order processing times are separate from the estimated delivery time.

Once an order has shipped, CB-X is not liable for any shipment that is lost in transit or delayed on behalf of the shipping carrier. Additionally, we are not responsible for any stolen packages once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered. CB-X does not offer any refunds or partial refunds for delayed shipments. Shipping times may be delayed due to postal service delivery issues outside of our control. Orders placed on or around any Federal US holiday should expect delays.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the intimate products we sell, once an order leaves the CB-X facility, including all chastity kits, cages, and accessories, they are considered non-returnable. All delivered orders are unable to be restocked or re-sold. We maintain a strict no-returns or exchanges policy to ensure the health and safety of every customer. 



 Please be aware, carrier transfers are experiencing extended transit times on USPS international packages, for first-class and priority service. These processing delays are unfortunately outside of our control and we cannot provide you a shipping update. In most cases, the package is delivered successfully, however delayed approximately 2-3 weeks. Please wait 5 weeks from the shipped date to consider a package lost. Service Alert due to Situation in Eastern China. UPS has temporarily suspended imports into certain areas of eastern China (Shanghai, Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province). UPS continues to closely monitor the situation.

Due to the situation in Ukraine the following UPS services have been temporarily suspended:

  • All international shipping services to and from Ukraine
  • All international shipping services to and from Russia
  • All international shipping services to and from Belarus

Effective March 26, 2020, UPS® Service Guarantee has been suspended for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

Effective April 5, 2021 the UPS Service Guarantee was reinstated only for the following services:



We have temporarily suspended DHL Express shipments to and from Ukraine, Belarus and for inbound and domestic shipments to/within Russia.
