CB-X Policy for Returns and Refunds
CB-X stands behind the quality of products sold on cb-x.com and it is our intention to provide impeccable customer care. In order to ensure your satisfaction, we require the following protocols and guidelines to be followed.
- Due to the nature of the intimate products we sell, including all chastity kits, cages, and accessories, once an order is received by the recipient they are considered used. All opened shipping packages are unable to be restocked or re-sold. We maintain a strict no-returns or exchanges policy to ensure the health and safety of every customer.
- We do not guarantee or warrant any specific results from using any CB-X product.
- Once an order has shipped, CB-X is not liable for any shipment that is lost in transit or delayed on behalf of the shipping carrier. Additionally, we are not responsible for any stolen packages once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered. CB-X does not offer any refunds or partial refunds for delayed shipments. Please see our Shipping Policy for any additional concerns regarding shipping.
HOW TO ARRANGE FOR A RETURN/REFUND:
If you received the incorrect product in your shipment, or would like to cancel an order please contact our Customer Service team at CUSTOMERSERVICE@CB-X.COM so we may provide you with proper assistance. When emailing us, please be sure to include your order number, bill-to name, and reason for requesting the return.
To cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to CUSTOMERSERVICE@CB-X.COM. Note: order cancellations after 1-2 business days may not be immediately possible as we process, pack and ship orders daily, Monday through Thursday.
If your shipment is already in transit and you wish to cancel your order, do not open the delivered package when you receive it. Please write “return to sender” on the unopened package and return it to the mail carrier.
CANCELLED ORDERS BEING RETURNED MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMERSERVICE@CB-X.COM PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY SHIPMENT.
All returns must be in the original shipment packaging and be UNOPENED. Refunds are issued once the return has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Incomplete returns may result in a refund not being processed and the item being sent back to you. We DO NOT refund the paid cost of shipping, if the return is accepted we only refund for the product itself.
RECEIVED PRODUCT WITH DEFECTS:
In the rare event that you receive a product with a potential manufacturer defect, these items may be eligible for replacement. Proof of purchase and a photo of the defective item is required via email to WARRANTY@CB-X.COM. Please contact Customer Service within 7 days of having received the defective item so that we may issue you a return authorization and return shipping label. We require all defective products to be mailed back to us using the provided return label.
CB-X PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM OTHER RETAILERS:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for CB-X products purchased outside of cb-x.com, including online retailers and/or brick-and-mortar stores. Additionally, we do not issue refunds for CB-X products purchased from other retailers, including online retailers and/or brick-and-mortar stores. You must contact the original retailer whom you purchased the product from for any return, exchange, or refund inquiry.
We offer a 1-year product warranty relating to manufacturer defects on our CB-X® products (certain conditions apply). For verification purposes, we require proof of purchase and pictures of the part you are needing to warranty. For any warranty inquiries, please contact WARRANTY@CB-X.COM.
CB-X maintains the right to refuse any return, refund, or warranty inquiry at our discretion.
